Kari was my Real Estate agent who sold my house that I lived in for over 30 years. Since she is a Denver native, she is familiar with all of the Denver neighborhoods. She always answered all of my calls promptly when I had questions. She always came to my house with all the paper work printed out to help me understand what I was signing not just sending it on the internet for me to figure out by myself. I am a Senior and was moving to a Senior residence. I was so overwhelmed. She came with me there and asked all the questions I needed to know the answers to. She held my hand many times when I needed assurance that I was making the right decisions. I appreciate her knowledge about everything, including how to get my utilities turned off. She even introduced me to Lori who is a professional organizer. Lori was great and helped me go through my many belongings and decide what to keep, sell and donate. She organized movers to pack me up and unpack at my new apartment so it was all set up when I arrived. I highly recommend Kari and her network of helpers, especially to Seniors!

The house got to be too much! Between plumbing problems, a cracked patio and a 30 year old sprinkler system (among other things) it was time to sell! I was referred to Kari Ostby by a family friend. She sat down with me and discussed my options of the sale of my house. She explained things to me in a way that helped me understand the complete process. Once we came to an agreement on price and a marketing plan, she took control and ran with it. She took care of every facet of the sale. I felt so comfortable with her abilities I went to Mexico during the showings and when the bids came in, she again explained all my options. For being a first time home buyer, walking into this experience was initially very scary for not knowing where to begin.
